I have been on somewhat on a diet/modified eating plan for the past couple weeks and sugar has been eliminated. Now you know how much I love baking cakes and desserts but I figure I can't go completely cold turkey. Just a little midday snack at my desk!! At least it's dark chocolate, right...good for my heart!!
