Here is my take on a yummy delicious and nutritious breakfast smoothie! I keep all of these ingredients in my pantry and love making this for breakfast before I head out to work!!! It's a perfect summertime breakfast!!!
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- ½ fresh mango (or frozen mango pieces from Trader Joe’s)
- ½ frozen banana (I go to the produce store and get all the red tape bananas, peel them, break them in half, and place them in a freezer bag-they are perfect for smoothies-just grab and go)
- ¼ cup pineapple tidbits
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup pineapple juice-from the can of tidbits
- If you like ice add a couple cubes
