WANTED: Easy to use Sewing Machine

I have been gathering some fabulous ideas for some fun DIY projects but quickly realized I need to acquire a sewing machine if my visions are going to become reality!!! If any of you out there own one, tell me what you have and if/why you like it!!

Thanks Sandz. I asked some ladies at work and they all recommend going to Walmart or Target, even Costco and getting a basic Brother!!!
